Zarina Khabibulina, MD Chief Medical Officer
Zarina Khabibulina, MD is Chief Medical Officer of Z Healthcare Solutions.
Dr. Khabibulina is a board-certified physician in Family Medicine and maintains an active medical license in California.
She has more than 8 years of Clinical and Leadership experience in healthcare. Prior to Z Healthcare, Dr. Khabibulina served as a Medical Director for a New York based Healthcare Delivery System. In her role, she extensively reviewed medical records for documentation integrity, quality of care delivered and compliance.
Dr. Khabibulina had also worked as a Regional Director of Data Quality for 4 hospitals in the New Jersey area for 3 years. In her role she worked closely with Medical staff, Case Management, Quality and Coding teams to improve financial performance of the hospitals.
Apart from her responsibilities at Z Healthcare, Dr. Khabibulina maintains an active inpatient practice at St. Jude’s Hospital and OC Global Medical Center in Orange County, California.
Dr. Khabibulina obtained her Medical Degree from Kazakh National Medical University, Almaty, Kazakhstan.
