Pooria Jazy, MD VP of Clinical Operations

Pooria Jazy serves as Vice President of Clinical Operations at Z Healthcare Solutions.

Pooria has been a transformative and analytical healthcare executive in information management, clinical operations, Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI), auditing, coding, process improvement, training, compliance, and appraisal.

He previously worked as Regional Director of CDI at Prospect Medical Holdings where he was promoted to Vice President of CDI. He lead the CDI department for all California hospitals for Prospect and worked directly with the Chief Medical Officer. Pooria also led the physician education initiative and supported the IPA division with their coding and utilization needs. Prior to Prospect, he worked as a Corporate Director of Data Quality for Prime Healthcare Management.

Pooria obtained his MD from Tehran University of Medical Sciences (TUMS), Iran, Tehran in 2011 and a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Walden University Minneapolis, MN. In addition, Pooria also maintains RHIA, CCS, CRCR, CDIP and CCDS certificates.
