Mike Heather Advisor

Mike Heather is an Advisor to Z Healthcare Solutions.

Mike previously served as Chief Financial Officer for Prime Healthcare from 2013 to 2020, during which time the Company doubled in size to 45 hospitals in 14 states and $5 billion annual revenue. From 2004 to 2013, Mike served as CFO for Prospect Medical Holdings, overseeing various functions at the Company, including managing the Company’s 2005 Initial Public Offering. From 2000 to 2002, Mike was CFO, then CEO of WebVision, an early Web Services Company, building and managing eCommerce sites for businesses expanding into online commerce.

Mike began his career with Deloitte, where he worked in various countries from 1980 to 2000, with accelerated promotion to Partner in Orange County, where he managed the Firm’s Healthcare Services Practice.

Mike has served on various for-profit and not-for-profit Boards in the Healthcare and Insurance industries. He is also active in the local community and served for many years on the Board of C.A.S.A. of Orange County (abandoned children).
